I'm your host Gabby Bernstein and if you landed here, it is absolutely no accident. It means that you're ready to feel good and manifest a life beyond your wildest dreams. Let's get started. Welcome back to Dear Gabby, my friends. Welcome back. I am so grateful to be back here with you.

It is the new year. We are kicking it up a notch. We've got the 21-day Manifesting Challenge well into high gear now. You actually can still get in. A lot of people have been DM'ing me being like, can I get into the challenge? The answer is yes. We closed the doors on January 5th so just go to deargabby.com forward slash manifesting challenge. If you're feeling it and you want to get in there and you're getting FOMO like I don't want to miss this challenge, just go to deargabby.com slash manifesting challenge you have until January 5th. Today's episode is part two of our first ever Dear Gabby Live in New York. On Friday I shared my talk with you and now I'm going to share the Q&A. This is an epic Q&A. All the people that were picked at random from the audience came onto the stage, sat with me talk show style, and opened their hearts.

And I believe that the universe divinely planted each of these individuals onto this stage so that we could have a conversation on how to create miraculous shifts and to teach you how you can find a way through every block. Our soul's path isn't always gonna be what we expect, but when we lean into a solution-oriented mindset, miracles can unfold and that's what we're gonna talk about in today's episode. I'm going to teach you the difference between intuition and fear. I'm going to teach you how to shift your perception from what you're struggling from and step into what is possible instead. That solution seeking mindset can release all obstacles and when you lean into that solution seeking mindset you will see your obstacles as detours in the right direction. You can open your heart to possibilities and let go of the struggle. And this is what today's episode is all about. If there's something that you're struggling with in your life, this episode will provide you with solutions of the highest good and show you that you can exercise miracles in your life. I'm so excited to share this with you. Enjoy the show. Are you guys excited for this? I am so excited about this.

Okay, so here's the vibe. We're gonna do your Gabby. And just hold space for the transformation and be you and send love to all of our people who are coming out now. All right, so Sam, who's our first guest? I love my listeners, they know what's up. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.

Hi, gorgeous, how are you? Hey, how you doing, Gabby? I'm good. What's your name? My name is Carrie. Carrie, thanks for being with me. Thank you for being here. This is amazing. Thank you. Wow, my question to you, to be direct, is something I'm struggling with is understanding the difference between my own intuition, what my heart is telling me, and fear. Yeah, and I think a lot of people can relate to that. But I'm a filmmaker.

I wrote a film about my experience coming out of the closet as gay. Thank you. And making the movie changed my life. And it made me realize that all I wanna do is talk to people about loving themselves, especially through the tough stuff, you know? Right on. Thank you. And doing what you do, that's my core. And I've always had this dream to go out to California. I live in New York now. But since then, I ended up meeting the love of my life, my girlfriend, stuff, speaking events, yeah. And she's here with me tonight. Yes, girlfriend, yes.

And she's amazing. And I've been starting to get some opportunities here on the East Coast. And I wanna move in with her, and we wanna be here together. But there's still this nagging part of me that's like, no, you gotta go, you gotta go. And I don't know why, but I just gotta go,

I gotta go to West Coast, I gotta do the thing. So that's your intuition or do you think that's your fear?

That is what is killing me. I don't know. I don't know.

When you feel the call to go to LA and you feel the call to leave and do that,

what do you feel? Do you want me to be really honest?

Yeah, ah, yeah.

Okay. I feel really free. Feels really free. Yeah, and I'm guilty that I feel so free about that. Because that would mean leaving her? Feels really free. Yeah, no, Brooke, you would go to LA with me. You would? So then, what's the problem? Because everyone's here, my family's here, my friends are here, the connections that I have, the opportunity to serve people is here. Okay. It doesn't make sense, and I don't know why.

Okay, so the client, the client tell us here and the people that you support are here, but you need to fly and be free. Go, yeah. I don't even need to be here. I mean, you are getting totally dear Gabby right now. I think, listen, your response and your reaction, many people come to me, and I'm gonna speak to you and to them, many people come to me and they'll say, "'What's the difference between my ego, my fear "'and my intuition and my inner guidance?'" And it's often, when you ask yourself the questions, you actually talk to the beliefs, and you start to turn inward and you start to say, well, what do you feel like when I think of you, right? So when I think of this thing that I'm thinking about, whether its going to LA, what does it feel like? Your first thing, you say, do you want me to be honest? I was like, yes, and you said free, free. That doesn't sound like fear to me. Yeah. And baby, fear and freedom can coexist.

Oh, that's good. That's really good.

And I said, be of service, be of service, be of service. But some of you out there might be big empaths and there might be some codependent people in this audience who know who you are. And, you might have been like, oh, thank God, she told me I could be of service. But that's actually sometimes not the best advice. When I speak of being of service, I want you to genuinely allow that service to come through you. But, if you're being of service to people who you think, oh, they need me and I need to stick around for them, there's nothing wrong with that at all, but just check in because listen. Maybe it is that you go at another time that you're being called. So I don't choose to force people to push them into things that feel scary, but I do want you to trust what you're feeling. And I want you to lean into it and explore it. and be curious about it, and be open to it, and to not fear it. Because something is being revealed to you and it's calling you, and those are your words. It's calling me, it's pulling me.

It is your intuition. So trust that, you don't have to act on that. You could act on that in a year from now. It doesn't have to be right here right now. But just keep listening. Ask for the signs. Let your girlfriend take a breath, take a breath. She's like, oh, baby. Do you want to go to LA, girlfriend? Oh, we're going to LA, baby. We got a lot of friends in this house that have been in LA, and so they'll come talk to you. And Josh back there has spent a lot of time in LA.

He's a producer. He'll help you. Amazing. Yeah, amazing. Beautiful. And just trust that you can have an intuition, but you don't have to act on it immediately. OK? That's beautiful. Thank you, Abby. You're so special.

Thank you, my love. Amazing. Yeah, amazing.

Thank you, my love. OK, bring out the next guest, Sam. Oh, hello, gentlemen. Hello. How are you doing? How are you doing? How are you? I'm really good.

Good. Good. All right, so here's my question. So it actually changed. What's your name? Oh, I'm sorry. I'm Jason from Baltimore. So on the way up here, I had a different question. I rode the train, and obviously got hit with the news of Twitch. And so it completely changed my question. So what it is, how could I, or we, be of service to recognize people using intuition, when to say something, when to speak, when to reach out and using our gifts to be able to do that, and realizing that we've all probably gone through that moment in our brains

we felt we didn't want to be here? Yeah, so he's referencing suicide. Well, the outreach is imperative right now, the checking in. We are not responsible for others, but we are here to be in the service of others. That is our role as miracle workers. And so if you have that intuition, oh, so-and-so, it seems to be really struggling right now. Reach out. If you haven't heard from so-and-so in a while, reach out. If you are in any way concerned, reach out, because it could be that one voice on the call that makes the difference. Now, sometimes you don't always know. You can see people that look really happy on the outside, just like this situation. And we have to trust that his soul made a choice, and we have to trust that he is at peace and more peace than he could have here.

Now, as it relates to mental health and as it relates to showing up, our presence is our power. So you may not always have all the right words. You may not always have the right methods. You might be listening to Dear Gabby and have a few things you want to share with people or give a book or share an episode or any other book from any other author or your own methods and beliefs and gifts. But the most important thing that you can give, my friend, the most important thing you can give is your presence. And I know that in the times in my life when I've struggled most, it's not the words that I remember. It's the presence of the people who showed up and the energy that's around. And so the world is in a very big crisis. and suicide is on the rise, child suicide is on the rise, we know the real truth of what's happening in this world. And we have to do our part to be the light wherever we go. Because the only way that we can have an impact is to continue to show up in our highest and best and continue to be of service in the ways that we know how. And by the way, if you're asking me this question, how do I know?

I want you to say prayer every morning. I want you to pray every morning. How may I serve? And your compassion is beautiful and I really appreciate it. And you are a very calm presence. Use that.

Yeah. Thank you.

I was on your Dear Gabby episode. I remember you. Yeah. I do remember you. What happened that day?

Yeah. That was when I asked you about when my dad, my father died and I kept feeling my grandmother, Olivia. And I wanted to know how to keep that contact and using that as a healing mechanism

for either others or myself.

Have you been?

Yes. How's it going? Big time. Big time.

Yeah. How's it going? Yeah. So I have dreams. When I'm doing Reiki, I'll have other visions and things like that of people. And I kind of sometimes will immediately reach out to those people and say, hey, how's such and such doing? Or it'll just be a vision. It'll just pop up. And sometimes I'll act on it. Sometimes I won't, depending on the person. So I just try to use my intuition to guide me

through that when it is OK. That's right. And I like that you're discerning about it because you never want to overshare. You never want to impose something that may not be what somebody is ready for. Yeah. Remembering that everybody can exercise their own free will, but you can be a guide. And sometimes it's nice not to say, oh, I channeled this for you, but just to say, I'm wondering how you're doing with XYZ. Right. And let them reveal it to you. Sounds like that's what you're doing. Yeah. And you're a Reiki healer?

Mm-hmm. Dude, get me on the table.

His energy is so wonderful, right?

Yeah.

Mm-hmm.

His energy is beautiful. Thank you. Yeah.

Welcome back. Thank you. Thank you for having me. Your father is working through you. Yeah. Beautiful.

Appreciate you. This show is sponsored by BetterHelp. I am very proud to be collaborating with this sponsor. Whenever I'm consistent with my routine, whenever I'm just really showing up each morning, doing the best I can for my mental health, my physical well-being, and really showing up for my inner world, I feel good. I feel supported. I feel connected. And so there's no secret that when we feel our best, it's because we're doing our best for ourselves, that we're showing up for ourselves. And the number one way that I have had the ability to show up for myself is with the support of my therapist. I have worked with my therapist for over a decade, and she has been one of the greatest contributions to my overall well-being and just grace with which I live. And that's why I'm always screaming from the rooftops on this show about how important it is to have a therapist. We crack open here, and then we can go do the deeper work with that one-on-one therapy. And that's where my beautiful sponsor, BetterHelp, comes in.

BetterHelp is convenient, flexible, affordable, and entirely online. And you don't have to wait in a waiting room. There's no scheduling issues. You just fill out a brief questionnaire, get matched with a licensed therapist, and there you go. You're all set up. If you want to live a more empowered life, therapy can get you there. Hi, my name is Donna. I'm from New York City. Oh, Donna! So I spent my life. I was in the military. I'm a retired New York City police officer. Do you feel that love tonight? Yes.

I'm a nurse, which is really my passion.

Do you feel that love tonight? My best friend Misty drove all the way from Saratoga to bring me here tonight. Yeah, Misty! So I was sitting here listening to you, and I'm like, signs, signs. How do you know what the signs are? And then I was standing on the line, and somebody touched me and said, what is your question? My question is, I've lived a life of service. And in May, I got diagnosed with breast cancer. I just had a double mastectomy, and my life has been turned upside down. Now I owe all these student loans. I'm about to lose my career because I've been out sick all this time. I had nerve damage to the arm and the neck through the surgery.

So I can't lift the arm.

So it's pretty impossible being a nurse. Oh, I just looked at the clock and it said 4444.

Okay. 39 is my number two. And then you just said 39.

Okay, you just said 39. Okay, so our angels are with us when we see 4444. So first of all, I want to just pray with you for this moment, okay? I want you to just take it in because you came here and you asked for it. Let's just all as a group close our eyes for a moment. We want to call on the angels of the highest truth and compassion to enter into this room tonight. And we say, thank you for working through Donna all of these years for using her and to allow her to express her gifts of service to the world. Thank you for using her to touch the lives of many to save the lives of many, to be in the service of others. And now we ask tonight that she may be served that she may be healed, that she may receive the healing and the guidance that she needs, that she may open up to her own intuitive abilities to trust and a higher power to trust in the voice of the angelic realm to trust. And also to heal. We open up our arms tonight and welcome this guidance now. We know it's on the way.

All is well.

Let's start there, okay? I realize that I don't feel whole without being a nurse. I don't feel whole without serving others. In the military, it's like everybody's like,

how do you go from being a police officer to a nurse? I gotta tell you what it is. And it's so loud and it's so beautiful. My love, this is your time to serve you. All that training is now go time for you. You got it?

Scary to you. I don't want it. I want to serve on this. I know. I want to go back to, I want to go. And I fear that this diagnosis, and I just lost my mom to breast cancer that messed to the brain right before I got diagnosed. So I do feel that my diagnosis, like she saved me because I found it by accident. But I just want to get back on my track. I was on this track and I feel like I've been thrown off of it. And I just want to get back on and I don't know what to do

and how do I know the song breast cancer?

Okay, so what I'm hearing for you, my love, and I'm gonna pick a card for you because my hand just went right there, okay? But what I'm hearing for you is this is the track. This is the track. And Lisa just said, yes. Yeah, Lisa? It's backing me up, so I'm gonna live a boring life? Boring. No, there's nothing boring about awakening to what is of your soul's path. We come and we think, well, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do this, and then we get a curveball. Obstacles are detours in the right direction. I let an inner sense of quiet multiply each day as I strengthen my faith in the love of the universe. I'm going to sit with you right now and I'm going to hold you in the difficult circumstances that are occurring here.

Okay? I'm going to hold you in that. But it may not be clear for you in this moment yet. But our soul's path isn't always as we expected, but when we choose to say yes in this dream that is our life to the direction that we receive, miracles can unfold. I feel all the resistance, I feel all the fear, and I want to respect that, but you're

here with me right now.

Thank you, Misty. Misty is here with you right now.

We are here with you right now.

Thank you, everyone. In these moments... Oh, you're so beautiful, my love. In these moments when we have these horrific turning points, right, that feel horrific in the moment, and I'm never going to take that away from you, I want to be with you with all that is, but in these moments when we hit our knees, there's no other way than up. We are cracked open. Amma, the hugging saint, you've heard me say this probably, she says, when the eggshell is cracked from the outside, it's broken, when it's cracked from the inside, it is reborn. This is your rebirth.

How do I know the signs?

How do I know my signs? How do you know your sign? You're sitting here on a stage with Gabby Bernstein. Here's what I want to say to you right now. I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart, I'm sorry that you've been struggling, but I also genuinely believe that this is a turning point for you. Sometimes we have to let others midwife our own faith. If you're willing, take a piece of my faith tonight with you, okay? Take a piece of my faith tonight with you, and I want you to just continue to wake up each day and whether it's a prayer, whether it's an intention, ask what is the next right action. What is my next right action? Often, you hear me say on your Gabby, lots of little right actions. Today you got on stage with me. Tomorrow you're going to sit with Misty and you're going to have a coffee and you're going to talk about some solutions, and the next day more solutions, and the next day more solutions.

If you stay in that solution-oriented mindset, my friend, everything that you need will be revealed. I promise you that. Go to the nail salon.

Sit next to me.

Thank you so much. You know what? You know what? You know what? You know what? This is your book, baby. Hold on. Hold on. Where are you? There she is at the bottom. The universe has your back. And did you hear that?

Hold the front door. Let's do a go. Fund me. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Start it and send it, and we'll send it around and I'll Instagram it. And we are doing it. There it is. There it is.

Take it. Who wants to hire a great nurse? No, no. Look at her, she said, how can I help you? No. We are helping you. Take it. Take it. Help yourself. I'm so serious. We are doing that. Thank you.

You go. We got you. We got you. Beautiful. Donna, how beautiful. Thank you. The boxer I know this man coming out right now. This is like Oh gee superfan here This guy's been in my audience is the only dude in the room for years, okay Maybe he was the only smart guy

Okay. Hi my love. How are you? Hey, you don't age. You look great. Hey, you don't I lose my hair

I it doesn't matter. He looks so good. Appreciate you. Yeah Doesn't need it

They're like, hmm. Okay. All right. Hi, sweetheart. Hi So my question is has contacts. I guess I lost a childhood friend who Was in my wedding in April about a week after my birthday Complicated grief definitely in Sutton. I'm actually here with his two older sisters tonight Jamie and Jen

And yeah, his name was Dan Birnbaum. I just want to say his name out loud beautiful. Yeah. Thank you for that

Yeah, yeah So I guess the question is for me and them kind of a sudden tragedy young kid Just dealing with that grief in a complicated way and getting to the other side and processing it in a healthy way all that not-so-fun

so Processing first of all, I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sorry for your loss sisters I really am and I want you know, he's good. He's good It's those of us who are here that are suffering those of us who are left behind that are Having to experience the human condition with this grief and this loss. I think you intuitively might know what I'm gonna say but it's about developing a new relationship with him and Inviting him back into your life in a new way and you've been in these rooms for many years now You've been cultivating your faith and strengthening your faith And so this is when you call on your faith more than ever and you listen and you say Dan What would you have me know today? Dan? How would you have me show up for this? Dan? Let me know how I can serve your sisters Let Dan be your guide welcome him into your life in a new way Does it take away the human experience of the grief by any means but it does soften it a bit? because when he starts to send you messages and he starts to show up for you and he starts to give you these signs and he starts to come through you as an intuitive sense of knowing and he starts to almost even

and brush your hair that's still there.

Sorry, that was Dan. Dan's f***ing with you. He's a funny guy. He's a funny guy, funny guy. That's when we can start to experience the miraculous because when a soul passes on, their human form leaves, but their soul and their spirit don't leave us. And so it's about deepening that connection and feeling into that connection and letting that connection show you the presence that's there and around you. He's banging on the door. He said, go talk to Gabby. Remember, I'm here. I'm sure Jamie and Jen are hearing him too. So I really want you guys to listen to him. He wants you to listen to him and let him be a presence in your life that is new.

Okay, thank you my love. It's good to be with you. Thank you, thank you. I can safely say that most people in the world right now are cleaning up their act. And so many people at this time of year are focusing on eating more healthfully, but it can be hard when we're really busy to just grab something quickly and feel like we're being well-nourished, cared for, that we're caring for our gut, that we're caring for our energy. And that's where Perfect Bars come in. This is my favorite go-to snack. Perfect Bars are these fresh from the fridge protein bars that are packed with protein. Perfect Bars taste awesome. They have this cookie dough like texture. They're not chalky or weird tasting. They don't have that strange aftertaste that most of these bars have.

And they're made with freshly ground peanut butter, organic honey, and Perfect Bar comes in these snack size bars too, so you can just grab them if you're really feeling hungry. And I really, really wanna emphasize that when you're in those moments where you just need a quick snack, don't grab for the chips, grab a Perfect Bar. They're made with only whole food ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives. Perfect Bar knows it will be love at first bite. So for a limited time, they're offering you a chance to try the refrigerated protein bars for free. Here's how it works. Sign up for email or text and upload a picture of your receipt from your local grocery store, and they'll reimburse you for the cost of one bar directly to your Venmo or PayPal account. Pretty cool, right? All you have to do is go to perfectsnacks.com slash Gabby to get a free Perfect Bar today. That's perfectsnacks.com slash Gabby to get a free Perfect Bar today. Happy snacking. Hi, love.

Hi. How are you, cuteness? We've got your book with you and everything.

Yeah, I'm the girl with the book. Hi, my name is Stephanie Smith, nice to meet you. My question is around the value of privacy and trauma. I have myself dealt with deep-rooted trauma. Sometimes I felt like I need to explain things that have happened to me, my trauma, more to the people closest to me so they understand me more. And I know that's not the case. How do you separate the value of privacy and keeping things to yourself while also wanting to be vulnerable

and let people understand why you are the way you are? What a question, my love. Oh my God. So a huge part of trauma is the silence and the silently suffering and the shame of giving voice to the impermissible. And so I really encourage you to find the safe places where you can share, whether it be with a sacred therapist or with a friend. If there's people in your life that can't hold the space for that truth, don't share it with them. Because when they don't hold that space or they deny that truth, it will really shake up the shame. It's not theirs to hear.

It's not their privilege to know that truth. Yeah, yeah. I think sometimes that can be a hard thing to swallow when it's a close friend or even a family member. That's where boundaries come into play

and you gotta protect your peace, right? I think it's the people who are closest to us that do not want to face our truth. Yeah.

Pray for them. Do it again.

She's a better friend to talk to. Hey, listen, God bless them, right? Because it's activating their own trauma. So we don't want to judge them or attack them, but be very careful and stay close to your own soul and take care of those parts of you that are so vulnerable and be sure to give them voice in safe places.

Thank you. Yeah.

Thank you. Look at this beautiful woman coming out here. Oh my goodness. Best outfit of the night. I thought mine was, but I think you beat me. Hi, I'm Helene.

Helene, how are you, sweetness?

A little nervous.

You look so good. Thank you. So the first thing I'll say is my spirit said to me

that I was going to be on the show. There you go. Yeah.

You're on the show.

Yeah.

You heard it. And it's interesting because I've never watched your show before. I've never read any of your books. I looked a little at the YouTubes, but there was something about you. Something spoke to me, right? And this is obviously just based on audio visual rather. And I purchased a ticket by myself and I said, I'm just going to come and see you.

And here I am.

Diving in head first. Yeah. Welcome. Yes.

Thank you. Thank you.

So what's your question, my love? I don't believe in coincidences. And you talked a lot about service tonight. And during the pandemic, my mom had a stroke. I mean, her only child, my father's deceased. So it's just the two of us at this point. And I sprung into action, got her the care she needed, moved her from Brooklyn to Westchester, where I live and a lot of stuff. Working my corporate job, which was, I thought it was my dream job at that time, actually prior to that. And then I got a deeper call to serve because I was serving my mom, right? And I decided that I'm going to walk away from this corporate job and become a coach. And I actually, something that I've never done anything like that before. I've always played things pretty safe, right?

Went to college, got out of school, all this stuff, right? But there was something in me that I needed something more, something more rewarding. And I went through the training and now I'm still going through the process in terms of building the business, et cetera. And things are in alignment, but there's still some doubt as to whether or not this is really my calling. I've had an opportunity to actually even coach a couple of friends that they're like, Helene, this is really for you. You have this. This is what you should be doing. But there's still this voice of doubt, right?

Like this other little power. There's this other little voice of doubt. Let's get curious about that voice.

What's that voice feel like to you? It doesn't feel like the truth. There you go. There you go.

But it's still there. it's still there. Okay, okay. So let's choose again, let's hear that voice and say, thank you for sharing. But I forgive myself for having that thought. And if we were to choose again, right here, do it with me.

So what's the next best feeling thought from that voice? That I shouldn't do that. I should listen to the higher power. Okay, so then tell me more about that. Part of that, there's some shame as well in terms of, do I really wanna expose, I am free, like my life is, I'm living it, but there are things that, do I really wanna reveal that? But there is a message and I wanna help other people because I think that I have something.

Okay, okay, so sometimes fear reveals to us guidance as well. So, there's two things happening here. One, there's a fear of taking that leap, I'm hearing, okay, but we can say, thank you for sharing fear and choose again, I'm gonna test it out with my friend and I'm gonna go and try out that training online, so that's the choose again, leaning into the next best feeling thought, but then there's this other piece that I'm noticing as a part of you that wants to be of service through sharing your own story, is that correct? Okay, so, what I wanna share is that, that story I bet is quite sacred to you And I don't always advise that it come out right away, because if we share too soon, it could be too shattering and too shameful, that was your words, the shame. We may not have befriended the shame enough yet to share that and expose that. By no means am I saying that you shouldn't, write it down, write about it, talk about it with friends, therapists, whoever feels safe. And when you feel steady and you feel grounded, then that is your story to share. The happy days book I gave our friend, that's for you, okay baby? That's your book. Thank you. Yes. Take those tools, and that book, and use it in your coaching practice.

Thank you. Okay. Go slow. You're welcome.

You're so beautiful. Hey baby. That's your book. Thank you. I love you. So damn cute. You're just so damn cute.

Hello my lovely! How you doin'? I'm well. How are you? Good, cute haircut. Thank you. That's cute. What's your name? My name is Alexis. Alexis, he reminded me of this time when I was with my kid in early 2020 and he would

just go up to the Alexa and he didn't speak yet and he wanted Peppa Pig and he would go, cute.

What's your name?

We got rid of the Alexa. People also do that to me.

We were Alexis, so we will connect in that way.

So how can I help you? My question is about finding balance through growth. And what I mean by that is I'm actually overwhelmed with the amount of abundance in my life right now and the amount of opportunity and what I want to do continues to take different shapes and forms and I feel like I continue to choose again. And it levels me up and I'm growing, I'm growing, but it's so overwhelming that I don't necessarily know when to lean in and when to lean out. And I often fear that if I try to do everything, I'll end up mastering nothing. Yes.

So I'm going to give advice, you're getting advice now from a maximizer, okay? So great warning signs here. I spent many years trying to do many things and when you're in joy and you're in the flow and you're welcoming and you're welcoming, the universe will continue to deliver direction and new things and this thing. There's lots of shiny objects that start to show up in your world and I have found through some struggles and some heartache that if I don't choose to lean in to one direction, all those shiny objects can take me in the wrong direction. And so it's not that you have to say no, but you might say not now and you can get yourself that momentum around the things that are really pulling you in this moment. I think celebrate all the abundance and be so grateful and just say thank you, thank you, thank you. But what is all of that greatness if we burn out? What's the point? I see that a lot. I see a lot of people are like, what's going on? What's going on? They're going to that.

They've got all these things. But inside they're distressed, overworked, tired, bleeding their energy all over the place.

So what's the point? It's tough because it all feels good and it's all in service, right? I teach fitness classes. I help people find movement and be comfortable in their bodies. I read tarot.

I help people get curious about their life. What I want to say to you is keep it simple and so Arielle was one of my old school spirit junkies. She's in the audience. And Arielle was in my apartment that goes way back, like we're talking 17 years, okay? So Arielle was a little young, 20 something in my apartment when I was hosting my group workshops and she came to me and she's like, Abby, I'm doing my wellness coaching and I'm making jewelry and I'm doing this cooking and I'm doing my social media, all these things. And I don't know what to do and I just said, focus, choose your lane. And I looked at her ring and I said, Oh my God, that ring is so cool. And if it's the I love me ring, it's a really cool ring, it's so hard, everybody go buy one for the holidays. And I said, focus on that. What did I say, Arielle, 90 days or something? 30 day challenge, go focus on the ring. Boom.

Next thing you know, every girl's wearing a ring, they got the, I love me rings, they love me rings in gold and silver. I mean everyone had the, I love me ring. It's like getting press. I was like, focus on that. And so it's not to say that you're throwing away these other things, but you're choosing your single pointed focus. And that doesn't mean that you can't have multiple profit centers and you can't have fun in all these different directions, but nurture what's really, really thriving in this time and go for it. Because sometimes if we spread ourselves too thin, we burn out and then none of it's there.

Does that satisfy you?

I think I already knew that and I needed to hear it. You just need to look at me kicking the ass. Correct.

Thank you so much.

Thank you so much.

All right, Sam, who's next? Hi, my love. What's your name?

Hi, everyone. My name is Pavitra. So it's so weird that I'm here. I was telling the gentleman in the backstage that when I came inside this auditorium, I felt that I was going to be here. And I even, when I was still in the line, I pulled on my hair and then I said, okay, I'm going to go on stage, I'm going to look good. I also asked someone standing behind me, is there anything on my teeth? And all this with the assumption that I'm going to be here and what you always say, right? Act like you already have it. So that came true today. And I know this is not new, but it came true today. But that's also the source of fear for me sometimes. Because my life has been a roller coaster.

Lot of highs, lot of lows, like everybody's life. But when something bad happens, I feel guilty that I manifested that as well. So I am the highs also and the lows also. So my question is, when I feel that way, what do I tell myself or what do I do to get out of that circle and then the guilt or the fear?

What do I do? Well, I really don't want anyone walking around feeling like, oh, if I'm fearful or if I'm afraid, then I'm going to manifest all this awful stuff, right? It takes a lot of momentum to create negative. And it takes a lot of momentum to create the grace as well. And the momentum I'm referring to as the energy, the development of that energy, the belief system getting more and more ingrained in the belief. And when we believe it, we see it. So it's not about being afraid of negative thoughts or being afraid of when you're in the negative cycle or period of time, but it's about nurturing yourself back to grace. And trusting that you are always being guided, even when you're in difficult times, especially when you're in difficult times, especially when you're in difficult times. But really respecting the power of your energy and respecting the power of your intentions

and trusting that in any moment, you can choose again. Choose again is one of the important words that I learned today. Yes. To be honest with you, I felt like, yes, I choose again. And those thoughts come and it's been an amazing journey for me at least, how I came across your book and just like you were talking to the previous person, your book was there for me two years back. Somehow I didn't take it and read it. It was right there. But I only felt it this year. The moment I read it, I felt like I was connected. And I- Which book are you referring to? Superattractor. Okay.

I read that first. And then the moment I read that book, I was like, I want to see you. And then I see this event happening and I come here. I'm like, I want to see you up close. I'm sitting here. So.

Yes.

Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm. And I- It's so weird. Well, keep asking for what you want, mama. Keep asking for what you want. I'm going to give you miracles now. Okay. This is 108 life changing methods for more flow, less stress and finding your true purpose. And this book is a beautiful book for those moments when you feel like you're leaning into the negative and it's making you uncomfortable, which is open to a random page in this book and practice the method. Absolutely. Okay, baby. Thank you so much.

You're so lovely. Thank you.

Thank you. Awesome. Awesome. Gorgeous. Amazing. Oh my God. We're just busting out with new people here.

Hi, girlfriend. How are you doing? Thanks for having me on your show. Welcome to my show. What's your name? I'm Ashley. Ashley. This past year has really been the life I journaled about and I've become a superattractor thanks to you. And yeah, everything I've written came to fruition with wedding planning clients and meeting this guy and everything.

How do you get through feeling like the ball is going to drop? Okay. Okay. Okay. First things first. First things first. Let's pick a card. Okay. Let's see what's coming through for you tonight. Let's see. Let's see. Let's see.

When I make joy a priority, brilliant ideas will come naturally. Heart will surround me and movements will form. Here you go. Listen. When things are going well, and this is for you and for everybody, and you see all the momentum and you witness the signs and you're seeing everything starting to unfold, your fear is going to come right in and do pushups while you sleep and say, uh oh, that's too good to be true. And here's what you do, my friends. You lean and reach for more goodness. Okay? You reach for more. You reach for more. And you celebrate it. And you say, uh-huh, thank you universe.

I will receive more. And yes, does stuff happen in life? Of course it does. But that's not because so many good things happen that now something has to happen. That's not the case. Okay? The more you lean into joy, the more profound sense of grace and groundedness and solutions you'll have when the hits the fan. You got me? So no balls dropping in this house. Okay? Just keep leaning into the joy. And when you get that momentum, reach for more.

And reach for more. And reach for more. Oh, my ball drops, baby. My ball drops. But you know what? I get right back in. You guys know I've been real vulnerable on these stages and in my world. And you know of some big balls that have dropped for me. And my poor husband, my poor husband, oh God, he's just dying right now. Okay. So just bringing light to that dark conversation. Listen, big stuff happens, guys.

Big stuff happens. It's not what happens. It's how we show up for it. Let's pick a card. Let's close this with a card. Let's see what the universe has in store for us tonight. The one I first picked, I put back, but I'm actually going to share it. I cherish every cell in my body. I'm going to trust what was delivered to me. My first thought was, oh, you know, it's not like the coolest card. I didn't get the card I want to give, so I'm going out with a bang. But let's honor what that card is saying to us.

Every thought we think affects every cell in our body. Every action we take either elevates our life or it depletes it. Every action we take either elevates the world around us or takes the energy out of it. And so when we start to recognize the power of our thoughts and our intentions and our energy and our belief systems and our power to co-create, our power to give love, our power to be in alignment with what feels good in our life, our power to attract what it is that we desire, our power to live in this world, but think with the thoughts of heaven. When we start to own that and live in that and hold that in our heart, everything is possible. We can live in this world, but think with the thoughts of heaven. We can show up for life with solutions and possibility. And I welcome you. I beg of you tonight. I beg of you tonight to make that commitment to yourself and to the world because this is the time when we need it most. This is a time when we individually need it most and when the world needs it most, that suffering is only combated with this love in this room. So you, my friends, are the miracle workers.

You have the power to change the world you see. And when you believe it, you will see it. Thank you, thank you, thank you for coming to my show tonight. Thank you.
